Industrial Additives
RRC Technik supplies an entire series of process additives which offer specific solutions for numerous fuels and firing types. It focuses on NOx reduction, build-up reduction, corrosion reduction and burn-off improvement. For customized applications we advise you in detail. Carbamin 5020
Carbamin is a liquid, water-soluble process additive specially developed for use in solid fuels such as coal, coke, lignite, pet coke & wood. It reduces the carbon content of the ash and helps achieve complete combustion of the fuel. Its’s continued use will reduce the formation of ash, CO, and also thermal Nox.
Satamin 3700
The changes in Heavy fuel oil quality with increased asphaltene content has many a time led to inefficient operations and increase in soot and exhaust emissions and thick deposits, Satamin will eliminate such variations and help achieve improvement in energy output through a more complete combustion and leaner combustion surfaces.
SNCR & SCR Systems
We offer the complete range of ERC Technik GmbH products and systems in India. These includes:- Industrial Additives, SNCR & SCR Systems.
SNCR System
It is a chemical process that converts Nitrogen Oxide (NOx) into molecular Nitrogen (N₂), and water vapor. A gaseous or aqueous reducing agent such as liquid Ammonia, or liquid Urea is injected into the combustion /process gases. At suitably high temperatures between 850°C to 1080°C the reagent without catalyst reacts with the NOx in the gas stream, converting it to harmless Nitrogen gas, Carbon dioxide & water vapor.
The denitrification plants have a modular construction and consist of storage areas, mixing and measuring modules as well as dosing units. This modular design allows for quick assembly or retrofitting, thus keeping downtimes for boilers & other systems to a minimum.
SCR System
Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology reduces emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) by using a catalyst. SCR technology can achieve a reduction of up to 95 % of NOx in the combustion process and can thus meet the more stringent future legislation. The SCR process is the most efficient technology as it provides the best conversion rate.
