‑ Kanu H Doshi is a senior Chartered Accountant & Emeritus - Finance, at Welingkar Institute Of Management (now WeSchool Matunga, Mumbai).
‑ More than 50 years of hands-on experience of the industry & corporate world.
‑ He founded Kanu Doshi Associates, CA firm in 1979 having qualified as CA in 1964.
‑ He was an ex-Dean-Finance at WeSchool, having been appointed in the year 2002.
‑ He teaches Corporate Tax Planning, Investment Banking, and allied subjects in Business Management Courses.
‑ He has been an Independent Director for several years on the Boards of many companies. Until recently, he was Independent Director with Reliance Nippon Life Asset Management Limited, Edelweiss Asset Management Ltd, Motilal Oswal Asset Management Ltd and Samco Asset Management Limited.

‑ Rushab is a qualified CA with 14+ years of post qualification experience.
‑ Rushab specializes in domestic and international taxation and has been actively involved in advisory space by formulating tax and regulatory efficient and compliant structuring, advisory related to international taxation/ cross border taxation.
‑ He also has rich experience in carrying out due diligence and has extensive experience in tax compliances, litigations. He has experience in providing regulatory advisory and compliance services in relation to RBI, FEMA, SEBI, etc.
‑ Rushab is acting as a Virtual CFO for couple of companies and manage their end-to-end finance and payroll functions.
‑ Before starting on his own, Rushab was associated with KPMG for 10 years focusing on tax and regulatory space in the BFSI sector.
‑ Post that he was associated as Partner with Kanu Doshi Group heading their tax and regulatory practice for more than 2 years.
‑ Rushab is an active trainer and has conducted numerous training sessions on varied subjects and has also written couple of articles on subjects related to tax.

‑ Atharva is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds the professional degree of Company Secretary.
‑ Atharva’s areas of focus include financial reporting, assurance services, corporate financial management and advisory, public finance & government accounting, tax advisory and Ind AS implementation/conversion.
‑ Being a qualified company secretary, Atharva’s key strengths also include corporate legal matters, corporate governance & compliance management.
‑ He also specializes in Financial Modelling, financial structuring and CMA preparation for bank financing.
‑ Atharva served as a Deputy Manager at JSW Steel, a leading steel company in India where he lead a team of associates responsible for Financial Reporting and Consolidation of Financial Statements at the international level.
‑ Atharva possesses a strong grasp of both domestic and international accounting standards including Indian GAAP, Ind AS, US GAAP & IFRS.

‑ Additionally, Hetvi meticulously conducts compliance audits to ensure her clients are well-positioned to adhere to regulatory requirements.
‑ Hetvi has garnered invaluable experience while working at Ultra Media & Entertainment Private Limited, a leading content acquisition and film distribution companies in India.
‑ Hetvi remains dedicated to empowering businesses and individuals with her profound legal acumen, consistently ensuring their interests are well-protected and their endeavors are in compliance with the law.
