All the manufactural processes take place at our set up flourished over whooping 20,000 sq feet area in Vasai. This mighty layout facilitates getting everything right from designing to final packaging under one roof. Through our global network of trusted suppliers, we source all raw materials to meet our clients’ specifications. We work on a FOB basis. Choosing the appropriate technology can make a huge difference. Using automation tools and imported machinery, empowers us to cater to the bulk orders. We have the capability and capacity to manufacture 100 000 garments per month. In addition to our other services, we also make-to-order for companies who wish to wear their brand. History

Ravechi group of companies started its accelerating journey in the early 1980s. It has overcome ever known political and economic obstacles and is now known as a fully established private jeans and shirt manufacturer besides owning numerous businesses in diverse sectors like Floriculture, PVC and purse manufacturing, to name a few. Among the numerous services offered at Ravechi Garments, you will also find branding, manufacturing, and designing of jeans and shirts.

What started as a retail business, Mr. Dedhia with a deep understanding of market requisite and rich functional experience embarked on the backward integration journey. Backed by strong experience in the garment industry, in the year 1997 Ravechi Garments started the export of jeans and shirts. Leveraging on the profound experience in this domain, Ravechi Garments advanced its business to the domestic market by launching its own brand label. In the year 2002, Jignesh Dedhia with his sterling qualities and visions for growing a profitable and sustainable business; with the support of his brother, Nirav Dedhia set foot in the jeans and shirts manufacturing industry and expanded its horizons. CIEN, one of the off-shoot of Ravechi Garments is a registered brand engaged in manufacturing an eclectic range of jeans and shirts.
